Terms:
1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can send an email with your desired order and I will send you an invoice including total purchase price and shipping costs. You can make payments by money order or pay pal. There may be a $5.00 box charge and $1.00 for heat packs when needed. For NJ residents there is a 7% Sales Tax.
2. SHIPPING? I am currently using FED EX overnight with a $75.00 minimum on all orders. For larger orders of $200.00 or more, I am shipping with Continental Airlines Cargo or Delta Cargo which requires customer pick up at the airport. Smaller orders may be shipped with Air Cargo if they can be shipped on the same day and time as another customer's order.
3. WHAT ABOUT LOSS OF FISH DURING TRANSIT?
This should be rare, since my fish are of high quality and packed well in oxygen and heat packs as needed. However, I do provide live arrival guarantee on most of my fish under the following conditions: Air Cargo Shipping or Next Day Air shipping ONLY. You must be available to receive fish at time of delivery. Any loss must be reported within 2 hrs. You also need to provide photos of any D.O.A to receive credit. Any fish loss will be credited towards your next purchase. There will be no credit on shipping charges nor are they refundable. For loss due to any delays by carrier service, credit claims must be taken up with that service.
4. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
At present, I am not accepting visitors to my fish room. However, arrangements can be made for local pick-up at a nearby location. There is a $50.00 minimum on such orders. For NJ residents there is a 7% sales tax.
5. ORDERING DRY GOODS
Dry Goods will generally be shipped on Mondays, using UPS Ground or U.S Postal Service.
