Payment can be made either with MasterCard, Visa, Discover , American Express, Paypal or money orders.

For local pickup, cash can be used.

US Postal : This method of shipping is used for smaller orders with a $50 minimum.

Fedex:  Used for remote areas where US Postal does not reach in time. Also has a $50  minimum. Fedex also has a "Home Delivery " service for areas within a 100 mile radius from our zip code. Usually it will arrive by the next business day, however , fedex does not guarantee.

Continental Quick Pak: For larger orders of 1 box and a minimum order of $150.00, this method of shipping works best at a shipping charge of $85.00 within the Continental U.S. Will require you to pick up at your airport. Simple to do, you just need the airway bill # and flight number that I will provide and your driver's license.

Continental Air Cargo: For larger orders of more than 1 box and a minimum of $150.00 this is the best method of shipping. Shipping rates will depend upon the airport shipping to and weight of your order. This too will require you to pick up at your airport with the airway bill #, flight # and your driver's license.

Our fish are packed well when shipping , with oxygen and heat paks in colder weather.

Fish loss is rare , however when dealing with livestock losses may occur.

We provide credit towards your next order on the following terms:

• You must be available to receive your fish when they arrive
• Loss of fish must be reported within 2 hours of arrival
• A digital photo must be sent of the dead fish
• Credit for cost of fish only will be given towards your next order, shipping charges wil still apply
• Shipping charges will not be refunded or given as credit
• Credit will only be given on orders shipped with same day , overnight arrival and for some fish Priority Mail(2 days) in warmer weather
• No cash refunds will be given
• Credit for any loss due to delays of shipping carriers will be at our discretion

At this time we do not yet have a store or facility to take visitors. We are hoping to provide such by the end of this year. However , arrangements can be made for local pickup at a nearby location. There is a $50 minimum on orders for pickup.
